The whole point is that we walked in the door prepared to entertain ourselves with the $35,000 we brought, yet ended up gambling it in Columbus because Hard Rock had no respect for first-time visitors. However, we did play for a few minutes for $200, then left and went back to Columbus.
It was so insulting that we almost turned around and walked out the door!
We literally drove all the way from Columbus to Cincinnati (109 miles) to explore this casino only to be offerred $10 free play for our first visit. It was our first time visiting this casino and as first time visitors, we were APPALLED by the way we were treated.įirst, the casino gave us $5 food credit to use at any of the six restaurants available although there was literally no entrees that we could buy for $5. My wife and I went to this casino with a group of friends and $35,000 to play with.
